At eXile, we are dedicated to being the voice for those voices not heard. We are involved in social justice initiatives and continually commit to raising awareness of war-affected children, child soldiering, sexual exploitation and violence, and those oppressed in Africa. We partner with organizations seeking to educate political leaders and encourage the community to become involved in advocating for war-affected children.

Advocacy, however, is not enough when such a large percentage of Americans are entirely unaware of the situation in East and Central Africa. Through speaking engagements and events, we actively raise awareness of the wars in Democratic Republic of Congo and the atrocities of numerous rebel forces, specifically the Lord's Resistance Army. By displaying the children's artwork, we hope to provide information and evidence of the long-standing wars in Central and Eastern Africa to those less knowledgeable.
